Each of our cows produce about 7-9 gallons of milk per day. Milking equipment delivers milk directly from our cows to a refrigerated holding tank. Every other day a refrigerated truck picks up the milk at our farm. Our cows milk is then transported to Dean's Food/Land O' Lakes in Woodbury, Minnesota where it is packaged to be sold as milk, ice cream, cottage cheese, or yogurt. Some days it may also be delivered to Zumbrota, Minnesota where it is made into a variety of cheeses. Did you know milk travels from the farm to your grocery store in less than 48 hours?

It goes through numerous tests on our farm and also when received at the processing plant. Milk cannot be sold even with the slightest trace of antibiotics, therefore all the milk you buy is antibiotic-free.
